If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this competition, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Who Can Enter

Entry is open to all over the age of 18, except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies. Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or first cousin.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry to be eligible to enter the competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

When To Enter

The competition commences on February 6th, 2021 and concludes on February 28th, 2021 at 11:59 pm EET (UTC+02:00). Entries must be received by the Promoter before the competition close date and time.

The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not following these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.

Number Of Entries Permitted

Every comment values for one entry to the giveaway. Every participant can enter as many times as he wishes.

Draw And Notification Of Winner

The winner will be the first valid entry submitted by these Terms and Conditions that is drawn by TEKE S.A., by random computer selection at 3 pm on March 1st, 2021.

The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram within 24 hours of the draw.

If the winner doesn’t respond to the direct message between 1 month, the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner.

Prize On Offer

One winner will receive a three nights stay at the Elounda Palm Hotel &Suites, Elounda, Crete, Greece for summer season 2021, for 2 people including 3 nights accommodation, Breakfast and Dinner and 1 deep relaxation massage for 2 people at our Wellness Center.

In the event the winner has a pre-existing holiday booking at Elounda Palm Hotel & Suites for 2021, the prize can be used for elongation of the pre-existing booking or the winner modify the dates of the pre-existing to summer 2022. No amounts for pre-booked reservations will be reimbursed.

The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. It is the responsibility of the winner to confirm such conditions with the prize supplier or other relevant third parties.

The prize must be taken before October 10, 2021, and is subject to hotel availability. The prize cannot be changed once the booking has been made. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded instead of the prize.

The winner and all travelling companions are responsible for their own transport arrangements from their residence to Elounda Palm Hotel & Suites.

Subject to complying with all relevant State and Territory legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this competition if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition. Elounda Palm Boutique Hotel renovates existing rooms and common areas

Elounda Crete, June 26, 2016: we are proud to announce that Elounda Palm Boutique Hotel, located in the gulf of Elounda Crete, has finished the resent renovation of 20 of its 64 rooms, in addition to changes in its common areas. The new rooms feature, a more minimal and light decoration with Cretan chic touches. The new lobby feels more welcoming and fresh with a new art installation by local artist Alexandros Arampatzoglou, from Cicada Sculpture Gallery, as its main feature. By the pool the new Mellow bar with its amazing chill out lounge overlooking the sea, is introducing a new concept in bar mixology with its Cretan herb infused cocktails. On the ground floor the new hotel bio shop offers our customers a variety of locally produced products ranging from organic honey and olive oil to herbal teas, local delicatessen and cosmetics. For our customers we have initiated various activities that they can perform during their stay such as Reflexology, Private in room Massage sessions with a local certified chiropractitioner‏, open air cinema and Mountain bike rental in addition to a variety of other activities that they can book through our front desk. Finally we have recently launched our new website in cooperation with 2 leading industry experts, X2 Interactive and the photographer Christos Drazos.
